Julie has 7 years of experience in Management Consulting and Organisational Development (OD) across Europe and Asia Pacific. Her focus is on supporting transformation projects, from the initial organisation and processes redesign phase to the change management and onboarding phase of all stakeholders. She has supported transformation and OD projects for multinational companies in various industries, including but not limited to, Road Construction (18 months), Automotive (6 months), Building Materials Trading (6 months) and Information Technology (7 months).
