As a Board Member for the Society for the Physically Disabled since 2010, Suman provides strategic guidance and corporate governance for the Society.

Janice has more than 30 years of working experience. She was trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt during her tenure with Iomega and was awarded one of the best four green belt projects amongst more than 30 projects, for bringing USD1.34M returns in profit margin. She was a certified ISO Lead Auditor and had helped her company, Professional Software Systems achieve ISO9000:2001 certification without any help from external consultant. She transited into HR role and had 15 years of experience in Senior HR roles for world leading companies such as Leading Trading House - Trafigura and Leading Storage Company - Vopak. She had proven herself to be someone credible, with high level of integrity and in bringing excellence into her work.

Joanna is a trainer at various universities specialising in writing, communication and developing people. She brings 20 years of experience in education, sustainability, utilities and telecommunications to her interactions, believing that learning must be timely and relevant for the learner. Joanna encourages her participants to value the learning process even though the end goal may be important. She credits this lesson to age and specifically to the time when she was COO in a urban sustainability think-tank - crafting growth strategies, developing conferences, establishing partnerships, operationalising policies, managing stakeholders and simply trusting her team.
Joanna is ACTA-trained and certified as a WIAL Action Learning Coach. She has designed and facilitated programmes for AGC, AWWA, NEC, People's Association and Sumitomo Chemical . She has also lectured in Singapore Institute of Management and Singapore Management University.
Joanna has now chosen to invest her strengths in conceptualising, communicating and coming alongside others to develop people into leaders in their own spheres of influence.

Frances’ predominant style revolves around enabling her clients to become aware of their inner strength and resourcefulness, help them sharpen their focus on the goal to be achieved as well as aid them to stretch themselves and achieve their goals. Her sincere concern for them, strong empathetic listening skills, deep level of patience and a high level of professionalism, provides a ‘safe’ platform for her clients to explore their strengths and talents that help them ignite a higher level of confidence in crafting strategies to achieve their set goals.
Frances' career commenced in the academia and moved into being a management consultant to MNCs in Malaysia and overseas; Finland, Denmark, Australia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei. Her executive coaching career expanded into organisations, that were both public listed and private, MNCs and GLCs.
