He possessed a wide base of industry knowledge and experience in Banking & Finance, Pharmaceutical, Retail, FMCG, MICE, Luxury, Services, Consumer, Manufacturing, Projects, Architecture and Government. He has a strong passion and desire to share his broad commercial knowledge and practical knowhow to impact learners and transform their work performances to achieve greater heights.

Clement has worked across half the globe managing large businesses across multi-cultural structures and led high performance teams in the front line. He has managed company’s overall business strategies inclusive of overseeing Asia Pacific implementation and execution. He has also led many firsts in regional strategies and organizational thinking, creating a culture of positive mindset, redesigned customer experiential journey, improved sales force effectiveness, drive customer conversion ratio, inspired creative solutions to resolve complex problems in his pursuit of excellence in business management.

Julie has 7 years of experience in Management Consulting and Organisational Development (OD) across Europe and Asia Pacific. Her focus is on supporting transformation projects, from the initial organisation and processes redesign phase to the change management and onboarding phase of all stakeholders. She has supported transformation and OD projects for multinational companies in various industries, including but not limited to, Road Construction (18 months), Automotive (6 months), Building Materials Trading (6 months) and Information Technology (7 months). She has worked with intercultural teams across 20 countries. 


In addition to her consulting experience, she is a referenced Cross-Cultural Trainer as well as a Trainer on Intergenerational Workforce. She helps raise employee awareness about the impact of cultures and generations on communication, negotiation and team management at work, as well as helping them adjust their behaviours and actions to allow each person to deliver their full potential to the company.

Janice is also a creative marketing professional. Her last 25 years of experience has been in marketing communication, customer segmentation strategy and media/public relationship management in various industries from Financial Services, Telecommunications to Media. 

An integrator of creative conceptualisation and business analytic skills, she maximizes marketing mileage and achieve business growth for the organisations that she worked with. 

Also a fine art artist, she is versatile in various media to create realistic and abstract art. She volunteers at TBN Asia to support social entrepreneurs in the Southeast Asia region.
