Irene is the founder of WhiteSpace Management Consulting Pte. Ltd., a spin-off from her 20 years of experience in organisational development (OD) and general management. Her focus is on leadership & culture development, change management and organisational learning.

 

Irene's interventions are aimed at addressing beliefs, attitudes and values of individuals as well as systems, structures and processes of an organisation. She helps individuals better adapt to evolving landscapes and create breakthrough results. As an OD practitioner, her passion is in bringing out the best in people to leverage the link between human capital and positive business outcomes.

 

Previously, Irene had led multiple line functions in business development, policy-making, project management, public affairs, community & social development and change management before she joined the Towers Watson (previously Watson Wyatt Worldwide), aAdvantage Consulting and Aon Hewitt to provide external consultancy. Since then, she has consulted and facilitated for more than 100 organisations in both the public and private sectors.

 

Irene is one of the First Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches in Singapore. She provides both group and one-to-one coaching for managers and individual contributors. This serves varied needs of managerial and team development, career counselling and personal mastery. She integrates her workshops with other forms of indoor activities such as music, painting and cooking to heighten the awareness of how different individuals work in teams.

 

Irene is also an accredited practitioner for other psychometric assessments and tools. They include ADEPT-15, Barrett Culture Values Assessment, Cubiks’ Personality & Preference Instrument (PAPI), DiSC, Emergenetics, Enneagram, FIRO-B and FIRO Business, Herrmann Whole Brain Thinking, Hogan Inventory, HR CHALLY, Lab Profile, MBTI Step I and II, SoundWave, Strong Interest Inventory and WIAL Action Learning Coaching.
